Pay Dues

Second Year Member

A member who had completed the qualifications for membership during two years of a four year period and has been a member during each of those years’ members must be an active member of an Association/Board of Realtors®.

First Year Member

A member who has completed the qualifications for membership during the calendar year immediately prior to the year in which membership is being taken.  Members must be an active member of an Association/Board of Realtors®.

Carry-Over Member

A member who has been extended membership by the organization after being a first or second year member, and not qualifying during the immediately proceeding calendar year for the next higher class of Membership.

RESTRICTION OF MEMBERSHIP: Members must attend at least three of the six scheduled meeting per year.

Membership Fees

Membership Fees are $175.00 per year.

What are the qualifications for First Year membership?

Can I switch membership categories if my circumstances change?

Yes, you may request to switch membership categories if your circumstances change. However, eligibility for each category will be assessed based on the relevant criteria.

How do I maintain my Life membership status?

To maintain Life membership status, you must meet the qualifications for membership for three years out of a five-year period, and remain an active member in good standing with an Association/Board of Realtors®.

What benefits do Carry-Over members receive?

Carry-Over members are those who have been extended membership by the organization after not qualifying for the next higher class of membership in the immediately preceding calendar year. They retain certain membership privileges but must fulfill the necessary requirements to progress to higher membership levels.

Can I become an Honorary Life member if I am still actively practicing real estate?

Honorary Life membership is typically reserved for retired or inactive members who are no longer actively practicing real estate. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on individual circumstances and the discretion of the association's leadership. Please reach out to our Membership Committee for further clarification and assistance regarding your specific situation.
